THE APARTMENT
This apartment, located on the first floor, accommodates up to 8 guests. It has three bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and one bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two persons. Cribs can be added if required. Furthermore, the apartment is equipped with a spacious dining table, a functional kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet and a comfortable living room.

Private entranc
Each apartment has its own entrance. Contactless check-in is possible.
Parking
There is a large parking lot with more than enough space and free parking until Nov. 17. From November 17, 2025, it is paid parking, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 19:00 (€1.66 per hour). Please note that this parking lot is within the environmental zone. Cars and vans with a Euro 4 engine or lower are not allowed to enter here. Alternatively, there is public parking 200 meters away: From 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.: free parking. From 7 p.m. to 6 a.m.: paid parking (€1.66 per hour). From Saturday night to Sunday morning: free all night. This parking lot is outside the environmental zone, so no vehicle restrictions apply.

Safety features
There are smoke detectors, CO detectors throughout the building and each apartment has a fire extinguisher.
Bike rental
You can easily reach the center of Amsterdam by bike or in the middle of nature.

In addition to the 8 persons, additional children up to 2 years old can stay in camp beds.

The apartment has a kitchen with gas hob, fridge, combi microwave, pots, pans and crockery.
